About this release

The Pokemon TCG 30th Celebration Ultra-Premium Collection: Day & Night is scheduled for release in Australia on Friday 13 November 2026, with listings tracked at EE TCG and Gameology.

Day and Night

The Ultra-Premium Collection (UPC) comes in two versions with the same contents apart from the featured Pokemon: Day with Espeon ex and Night with Umbreon ex. Most retailers list them separately; JB Hi-Fi and some specialist stores sell an assorted or randomly picked version.

Australian release date

The collection releases in Australia on Friday 13 November 2026, a week after the global 6 November date. JB Hi-Fi's and Kmart's product records show 13 November, and EB Games has told customers of the revised date. Some older retailer listings still show the global 6 November date, and BIG W's listing shows 5 November, which appears to be an outdated listing date; neither is an earlier Australian release.

Preorders so far

EB Games listed the UPC at $599 when preorders opened in July, then cut both versions to $439 after widespread criticism, saying the higher price had been planned to deter scalpers; its August preorder rounds were at $439. Kmart listed both at $360 in September and October. On 20 October Target sold both versions online at $360, with members reporting successful orders, and BIG W listed a $360 preorder for the Day version only, appearing again briefly on 22 October, with no successful manual checkouts confirmed from either. A member was told by Toymate that it expects limited in-store stock; which stores, and how many, has not been confirmed.
